Position Summary

　　As the SAP BASIS Administration Application Lead at ASP, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our clients' SAP landscapes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to deliver successful SAP implementations and support services. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the integrity of SAP environments and enabling clients to achieve their business goals.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities of this position include:

　　· SAP Landscape Management: Oversee SAP landscape design, implementation, and maintenance in the AWS cloud, including system installations, upgrades, patches, and system copies.

　　· AWS Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC, to optimize SAP system hosting.

　　· Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize SAP system performance in the AWS cloud, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement enhancements to maintain optimal system performance.

　　· Security and Compliance: Ensure SAP systems hosted in AWS are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. Implement and enforce security policies, user management, and audit procedures.

　　· Change Management: Coordinate change management activities in the AWS cloud environment, including transport management, configuration changes, and system refreshes.

　　· High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions in the AWS cloud to minimize downtime and data loss.

　　· SAP Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, apply patches, and maintain systems up to date in the AWS cloud.

　　· Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for SAP BASIS-related issues in the AWS cloud, resolve incidents, and participate in on-call rotations.

　　· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and best practices for AWS-hosted SAP systems.

　　· Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure that SAP solutions hosted in AWS align with their goals.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

　　Minimum of 7+ years’ experience with SAP Global Trade Services

　　Medical Device industry or medical field is a plus

　　Proven experience in SAP BASIS administration, with expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.

　　In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and related technologies.

　　Strong proficiency in SAP installation, system configuration, and performance tuning in an AWS environment.

　　Strong understanding of SAP security, authorization concepts, and compliance requirements for AWS-hosted systems.

　　Experience with SAP system upgrades, patching, and migration projects in AWS.

　　Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and other relevant SAP tools.

　　Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

　　Effective communication and client interaction skills.

　　SAP and AWS certifications are a plus.

　　Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

　　Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

　　Experience with SAP Firori.
