KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB TASKS: * Perform tasks under the directionof the Sanitation Supervisor and Production Manager. * Tasks includebut are not limited to: *Washing the dishes including trays, racks, andhand held tools; *Taking apart and sanitizing equipment followingSOP\'s; *Maintaining the floor, including full cleaning and sanitizing;*Taking out trash *Stocking PPEs on the production floor *Cleaningfront of house including office space, breakroom, and restrooms *Follow all sanitation SOP\'s and guidelines as directed by theSanitation Manager and Assistant Manager * Complete work whilefollowing all safety guidelines and prioritizing safe working practicesREQUIRED SKILL, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES: * Speaking and Activelistening skills * Attention to Detail to ensure work is completed anddone thoroughly * Actively looking for ways to help people. *Timeliness, being on time, meeting deadlines and sticking to schedules.* Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and work iscompleted in a timely manner * Ability to work independently and aspart of a team * Ability to prioritize safety, with a strong sense ofintegrity REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: * No previousexperience required All training is provided on the job. * Experiencein sanitation or similar field a plus, but not required * Experienceworking with food production equipment a plus but not required *Understanding of food safety risks, allergen safety, and of propercleaning procedures a plus but not required WORKING CONDITIONS: *Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm * Prolonged standing for extendedperiods * Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying up to 60 pounds * Squattingand bending repeatedly * Working with one or both hands extendedoverhead BENEFITS: Benefits for full time employees include partialemployer funded medical, dental, vision, employer funded life insurance,401k with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and commuterbenefits.
