SAP Solution Architect - Kohler Ventures

　　Kohler Ventures is seeking a talented SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with expertise in SAP ERP implementations across multiple solution modules and platforms, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and the tenacity to lead successful implementation of SAP for a new technology company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP architecture and implementation, a passion for innovation, entrepreneurial mindset, and the leadership skills to drive transformation.

　　Specific Responsibilities

　　Drive successful design, architecture, and implementation of key SAP S/4HANA business suite components e.g. Finance and Controlling, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

　　Work closely with cross-functional business partners to understand business requirements and to design and deploy a multi-functional end-to-end SAP roadmap and solution design.

　　Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives.

　　Serve as a global, technical system owner and administrator for SAP; develop architectural diagrams, system specifications, test scripts, assessments, standard procedures, and additional required computer systems validation and change management documents.

　　Work with the business partners to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support.

　　Lead and guide the business and technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

　　Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies for SAP architecture and implementation.

　　Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP landscape.

　　Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　Good understanding of business processes in SAP in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance environment.

　　Proven experience as an SAP Architect with a focus on finance, procurement, asset management, manufacturing, and vendor management modules.

　　Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

　　Experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

　　In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, standards, and architecture principles.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

　　Travel approximately 25% of the time, both domestic and international.

　　Available to work outside of regular business hours as needed to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　7+ years of experience architecting and delivering multiple SAP solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance functions.

　　Experience implementing SAP solutions with compliance considerations.

　　SAP Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate with one or more domains (Manufacturing, Finance, etc.).

　　The approved base salary range for this position is $121,150 - $154,350. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to a 30% Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) in the San Francisco Bay area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $157,495 - $200,655 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.
