The Sanitation position is primarily responsible for performing utility cleanup and plant sanitation. The position also provides assistance to the plant in preparation for and during the fall harvest and to fill future full-time vacancies throughout the plant. This is a full-time, permanent benefited position. Normal schedule is a 12-hour shift 5pm-5am on a 2-2-3 rotation. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Come join a team that puts safety first every day.Rate: $22.92 per hourCore Functions:Process paperwork per department proceduresPerform cleaning within the department as directed including but not limited to dust and bean clean up, shoveling snow.Use hoses to wash down areas.Trash and sanitation duties including but not limited to bathroom and breakroom areas.Assist with supplies and inventory.Assist with fire extinguisher checks as assigned.Cut and remove bean samples.Work safely and assist coworkers as needed.Follows all safety policies and procedures.Follows Good Manufacturing Practices.Ability to operate mobile equipment including but not limited to bobcat, tractor, forklift, unloading deliveries.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills / Experience Requirements:High School Diploma / GED preferredAbility to work safely and follow policies and proceduresMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.Must be able to work at heights and in confined spacesAbility to work in all weather conditionsGood communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentWilling to work overtime and flexible hoursMust be able to work weekends and holidaysMust be able to work 3rd shift 2-2-3 scheduleGood attendanceBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
