　　Job Description

　　Summary: The Sanitation Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards, and training of employees on safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Verifies compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines.

　　The Sanitation Coordinator must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work evening and weekend events as scheduled per business need.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

　　Acts as advisor to health and safety administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

　　Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

　　Responsible for the completion and oversight of daily weekly and monthly internal Steritech and Department of Health Inspection Checklists

　　Keep and maintain a repair log. Including notes from the walk through, dates and times of reporting to the building for repair, as well as notes on follow up procedures and dates and times of repair completions.

　　Responsible for all QRE Sanitation Documentation Storage and all log maintenance.

　　Create specialized training / briefings for concessions, suites, catering, premium, the main kitchen and all other areas. Be able and willing to teach and train on sanitation awareness. This includes management staff.

　　Create and maintain all building cleaning schedules.

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

　　Working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements.

　　Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.

　　Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work area

　　Walks and stands during entire shift

　　Always on time and ready to perform all required duties

　　Education, Qualifications and Experience:

　　Willingness to handle and serve all varieties of food (including, but not limited to poultry, pork, beef, dairy, etc.).

　　Possess valid food handling certificate

　　Previous sanitation experience preferred.
