The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager tolead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile's aspirationsof earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success.Job Responsibilities:Customer:* Responsible for infusing every store's Mobile Experts with a passion forT-Mobile's Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to astandard of Loving Our Customers.* Ensure that every need the customer has when coming into the store is metand that employees' build the customer's confidence by making theirexperience comfortable, simple and by solving the whole problem.* Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions with customers,including feedback, to be used in development, training & coachingconversation* Effectively manage customer wait time. Keep current on products, servicesand promotions.Owner:* Lead by example, staying up to date on the latest products, services,training and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource to theteam. Interact directly with Mobile Experts to ensure they meet and/orexceed defined, monthly success measurements completing assigned training onti* Assist in maintaining the quality of the overall store environment andadhere to national plan-o-gram standards. Use visual displays and interactivedevices effectively. Keep visual displays and devices current. Assist in theexecution of Retail Methods & Procedures.* Ensure team knowledge of store systems. Ensure that teams are knowledgeableabout corporate and store communications. Deliver financial results based onkey performance indicators. Identify ways to manage and control storeexpenses. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based onvarious factors, such as work location, qualifications, andexperience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. AtT-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for anannual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. MostCorporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on companyand/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of theemployee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions inCustomer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/orteam performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible formonthly or quarterly sales incentives.
