Thisrole works within a small team of 5 staff who process change requestssubmitted by Customer Service, Sample Management and Laboratory staff.The key responsibilities are to meet daily production support targetswhile processing routine Change requests, utilize knowledge of projectentry procedures to accurately update projects, communicate with theteam lead on issues, contribute to process improvement projects and workeffectively as a team member. Standard Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm(with OTas required). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies advancedknowledge of Laboratory Information Management (NIMS) software toproduction activities.
