　　Zensar Technologies is looking a Omnichannel Analyst (In context of IVR, ChatBot and other channel experiences)  Remote in Mexico. All applicants must be fluent in English verbal and written. This is a fulltime role with robust benefits.

　　What you will be doing:

　　Are a key person when dealing with analyzing and defining requirements as well as selecting the right solution always working closely with our Solution Architect and Engagement Manager.

　　•     Steer the client during the course of the project, keep an eye on the quality of the platform and control all parameters of the platform, monitor customer useability and push towards maximizing all KPIs

　　Must Have:

　　•     Audit existing experiences & document optimizations.

　　•     Analyze data to surface optimization opportunities

　　•     Analyze data to showcase existing solution performance

　　•    Create tailor made offerings to assist clients and set up and maintain an ongoing customer success model.

　　Should be comfortable working under agile team.
