We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester to join our team and work on releasing quality assured features to CRM (sales cloud) for our sales channels.
As a Salesforce Testing Associate in this team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the development of experiences for our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning quality and accessibility test aspects for Salesforce feature releases, creating Test plans & automated tests, developing a deeper understanding of our customers, and advocating for change. Our test engineers are a part of the delightful experience that we deliver to customers. The engineers have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders from product managers to customer support teams. Our features are cross-platform and the QA engineers carry the responsibility to raise the quality bar and deliver results in web platform environments. They get opportunities to work on solving difficult test strategies along with the development team. There is plenty of opportunity to work with multiple teams, collaborate and deliver. You will be expected to work in a heterogeneous environment and bring flexibility, speed, and quality to our teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality features against fast paced schedules.
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess feature quality.
• Manage and track testcases, test results.
• Conduct Test case/plan reviews, defect triages with teams.
• Champion the quality of features in our development pipeline using both automated and/or manual tests, reporting and verifying defects, and signing-off on features and release candidates.
• Perform regression testing of features.
• Drive quality initiatives and point out areas that require attention.
• Be able to define success criteria broadly and deeply within the system.
• Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process

Basic Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in SFDC testing.
Knowledge of QA methodology, industry-standard testing and bug tracking tools
Knowledge of Salesforce admin and coding constructs
Experience in Lightning Experience, SFDC sales cloud, reports and dashboards, security, bulk, and REST or SOAP based integration testing.
Hands-on experience using tools like Workbench, Dataloader, Salesforce Inspector, Postman etc.
Knowledge of Salesforce SOQL and script execution using Developer Console
Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams.
Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Admin certification
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining tests and automated test frameworks
Software QA automation experience working with at least one programming language such as: Java, C#, Swift, Python.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor other quality assurance engineers to maintain software quality
Creativity and initiative to improve test coverage, effectiveness or test processes
Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and drive.
Experience with Salesforce Pardot Testing
Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics Testing
