　　The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on SalesforceConfigure, Price, Quote projects responsible for client delivery,proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. TheSolution Architect works to understand requirements and enable theauthoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements

　　Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that bestleverage the Salesforce platform and product.Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution userstories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the businessobjectives.Deliver as an individual contributor, but also able to lead a team ofConsultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.Demonstrate Salesforce CPQ thought leadership and educate clients onSalesforce platform best practices and ensure adherence across theimplementation team.Provide Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts to estimate thetechnical level of effort.Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during newproduct releases and acquisitions.Coach and mentor junior resources; own responsibility for ongoingconfiguration and development of resources on Salesforce projects.

　　Qualifications:5+ years of functional, hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience; 3+ yearsin leading Salesforce CPQ project implementations as a Solution Architect.Translate business requirements into functional user stories and designscalable best practice solutions using Salesforce CPQ, along with the suiteof Salesforce products and 3rd party applications.Sound ability to provide level of effort estimates and coordinateprioritization efforts.Deep CPQ experience for a SaaS, technology subscription businesses, toinclude renewals of contracts, add-ons or amendments to contracts, andco-termination of contracts.Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and manage taskassignments for yourself and within teams. Monitor and drive issues toresolution.Hold, at minimum, the Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce CertifiedAdministrator certifications.

　　PreferredExperience with: Advanced A provals, Salesforce Communities, SalesforceBilling, Recommending CPQ solutions.Experience working on projects that included an integration to NetSuite.Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Document generation, suchas Conga or Drawloop; Contract Lifecycle Management, such as SpringCM;Electronic signature, such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies.Administering comprehensive training and documentation to both end-users andCPQ admin users.Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Community Cloud Consultant, SalesCloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, DataArchitecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer,Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.Travel Required: 25%
