Description

We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California. The role will involve working on a variety of tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and the use of Microsoft Excel. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Report to line managers as required

• Support data entry tasks and work on Excel projects

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), mail opening, and front desk duties occasionally to cover breaks

• Utilize 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks

• Manage email correspondence efficiently

• Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in data entry is essential.

• Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.

• The ability to manage email correspondence efficiently is necessary.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering data.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
