　　Your Role:

　　As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the bridge between our Sales & Marketing teams and the robust capabilities of Salesforce. You'll manage daily operations, maintain data integrity, and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and optimize workflows. Buckle up and prepare to:

　　Own the Jira ticket queue: From intake to resolution, you'll manage all Salesforce-related Jira tickets independently, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

　　Become the Salesforce guru: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, optimize user experience, and build custom reports and dashboards.

　　Collaborate like a rockstar: Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to understand their challenges and implement effective Salesforce solutions.

　　Keep the data sparkling: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, implementing best practices for data governance and hygiene.

　　Embrace continuous learning: Stay ahead of the curve by pursuing new Salesforce certifications and actively learning new features and functionalities.

　　Requirements - Salesforce Administration experience desired

　　Microsoft Excel experience required

　　Ticketing System experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with JIRA

　　Working knowledge of clustered and virtual storage solutions

　　A good understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching

　　2+ years of related experience

　　Familiarity with network operating systems - as well as programming or scripting language - is preferred
