Our company has been arranging unique travel experiences since 2006 and we have been named in publications such as Travel+Leisure, the New York Times, USA Today and National Geographic. Responsibilities: As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance and assisting sales staff with their daily workload. Key responsibilities include:

　　Completing daily follow up phone calls and emails with clients.

　　Assisting the sales team with their daily workload and coverage during days off

　　Responding to inbound phone calls and providing timely responses to new leads.

　　Following sales processes and maintaining an organized workflow.

　　Note: This position is for a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, approximately 10-7 PM EST

　　Qualifications(must have): We are looking for dynamic individuals who meet the following criteria:

　　Communication: Native English, excellent in writing and speaking, to effectively manage client interactions.

　　Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales, crucial for inquiry handling and achieving sales goals.

　　Availability: Flexible for afternoons/evenings EST, weekends, and holidays, with high-speed internet for remote work.

　　Skills: Strong in organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and familiarity with European geography.

　　Adaptability: Versatile in handling client needs, detail-oriented, numerically skilled, and passionate about travel.

　　Travel experience within Europe.

　　Preferred Qualifications(good to have): Candidates with the following qualifications will be given special consideration:

　　Hospitality industry experience.

　　Remote working experience.

　　Prior exposure to the travel industry.
