　　Responsibilities include:

　　Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through research, networking, and in person visits

　　Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions

　　Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals

　　Working closely with the management team to develop strategies to increase sales and brand awareness

　　Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals

　　The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sports and youth development. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
