Job Summary: The Dealer Acquisition\'srole is to build their own pipeline of potential dealers and installers.Performs outbound cold calls to domestic and International businessescreating interests and opportunity. Fields inbound phone calls from theDealer Acquisition queue from businesses interested in partnering withGenerac. This role maintains and tracks account progress inCRMi-PowerLink and supports the new dealer process between the DealerAcquisition and Inside Sales Departments. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Performs outbound cold calls to domestic andInternational businesses with the goal of selling those business ownerson the idea of partnering with Generac Power Systems for the sale andmaintenance of Generac products. Fields inbound phone calls from theDealer Acquisition queue from business interested in partnering withGenerac for sales, maintenance and/or service. Discuss and reviewcontract paperwork with business owners. Develops and compiles lists ofprospective customers for use as sales leads based on information fromad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, agedleads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, internetwebsites, and other sources. Builds own pipeline of potential dealersthrough prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts.Maintains and tracks account progress in CRMi-PowerLink. Meets dailycall volume expectations, ensuring meeting new dealer, revenue and dailycall volume goals. Meets customer support goals in terms of quality andservice. Supports the new dealer process between Dealer Acquisition andInside Sales Departments Serves as back-ups to Customer Support Queues(pre-sales and post-sales). Other Duties as assigned MinimumQualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 1years of sales experience Preferred Qualifications: Associate\'s Degreeor equivalent experience Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERPCold-calling sales experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software Basickeyboarding skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills Strong customer service and...
