　　What You’ll Be Doing

　　The Outbound Sales Representative will recommend, quote and exchange product knowledge with customers while identifying and handing sales opportunities. The Outbound Sales Representative will quickly provide answers, consulting on products or resolving issues for customers. Outbound Sales Representatives will be reaching out to targeted business leads via phone and email. Each will be responsible for completing the sales process from end to end and carry a monthly sales target.

　　During a Typical Day, You’ll

　　Achieve assigned revenue quotas though high close rate and add-on sales.

　　Provide professional customer service for outbound sales calls from commercial, public sector or consumer customers.

　　Maintain strong knowledge of products and brand.

　　Recommend, negotiate, quote and close sales.

　　Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities start to close.

　　Conduct daily research of business prospects.

　　Meet or exceed minimum daily OB contact target.

　　What You Bring to the Role

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, selling a product

　　6 months or more of Customer Service experience

　　Optional: Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish or French (both written and verbal)

　　Ability to achieve targets and close sales

　　Strong business acumen

　　Able to manage client relationships

　　Able to work in a team environment

　　Excellent verbal and written communication

　　Comfortable in digital and voice channels

　　Passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale

　　Ability to handle objections and rebuttals while quickly adjusting to customer concerns.

　　Able to work with minimal supervision

　　A little more about this role:

　　Hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and an 8-hour shift would fall somewhere in between.

　　Class start date is 2.19.2024

　　Ground floor of a new program within the International Sales team

　　Fully onsite position at our Melbourne office located off of Babcock Street

　　What You Can Expect

　　Pay rate of $18.25 per hour $1.00/hour shift differential beginning at 8:00 PM through 12:00 AM incentives to earn up to 20% of base pay; Bilingual employees will receive a rate of $20.25 per hour (inclusive of the base pay of $18.25 per hour $2.00 per hour premium for the bilingual Spanish/French skill $1.00 per hour shift differential from 8:00 PM through 12:00 AM)
