　　Job Description SummaryWe are searching for an Early Career Electrical Engineer to contribute to our Electrification group. This position will be enrolled in our Early Career Functional Program which is designed to develop our Early Career professionals during their first 18 months in position.  This development program focuses on providing technical and professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help jump start your career while performing as an Electrical Engineer. The Early Career Electrical Engineer will be primarily responsible for leading the electrical product development, support and product maintenance. The engineer should also interface with OEMs or contractors to figure out customer requirement, answer RFQ and set requirement for contracting work.

　　Job DescriptionConduct AAM powertrain or driveline board-level design, testing, product maintenance.Design and test circuits including but not limited to control board, driver board etc. based on auto standards and customer requirement.Set up the testing system with ECU and motor.Size and calculate the necessary electrical parts used in the system based on project needs.Provide analysis report for system evaluation.Solves problems of relatively limited scope.Performs assigned tasks using established procedures.Works without continual supervision, but employee is frequently instructed or checked by supervisor.

　　Required Skills and EducationCompleted a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, or related degree within 12 months prior to June, 2024 start date, GPA 3.0 or higher0-2 years hands-on experience in automotive driveline electrical controls electronics.
