Automotive Sales Representative

Our well-established automotive dealership with Spokane Subaru is looking for motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team!
Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
· Showcase our wide range of vehicles and assist customers in finding the perfect match for their requirements.
· Conduct test drives and provide insightful product demonstrations.
· Communicate effectively to highlight the unique features and benefits of our vehicles.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Stay up to date with the latest automotive trends, products, and market conditions.
· Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
· A genuine passion for automobiles and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
· Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
· Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales goals.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to follow sales processes and documentation accurately.
· Must have a valid driver's license.

Compensation: The estimated annual earning range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
