The Role

The Sales Processing Manger strategically aligns and positions the Customer Engagement Associate Team to maximize revenue from quote to order completion. This role oversees all necessary duties and tasks to ensure a positive customer experience using existing tools and resources. This seasoned industry professional holds significant customer-facing client service responsibilities.

Location

This professional will reside in the continental USA. They will manage SLED customers in the Central and Western Time zones.

The Main Responsibilities

Recruit and Onboard talent.

Account Management alignment for Quoting, New Orders, Moves, Adds and Changes of existing customers and accounts.

Contributing to the sales and field operations goals and objectives.

Oversight of Opportunity and Funnel Management

Escalation management

Customer Negotiations

Provide coaching and mentorship, including managing challenging conversations.

Embrace and adapt to change.

Participating in Client Business Reviews

Track and monitor performance by role.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Management Experience of two plus years

Customer Service Experience of five plus years

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience

Experience within a telecommunications customer-facing environment supporting telecommunication customers.

Business Acumen

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Salesforce dashboards and reporting experience

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Negotiation and collaboration skills

Proficient in managing programs and personnel across various channels and sales teams.

Capable of influencing senior levels within the organization.

Skilled at identifying common needs and issues throughout the organization.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
