What will you do:

　　Share good knowledge of current trends and developments in area of sales

　　Bring industry best practices and expertise on leads management and/or offering and/or sales funnel management and/or product management and/or distribution/network/channel management and/or pricing and/or order & stock and/or billing …

　　Define the sales strategies for worldwide, blue chip companies

　　Implement new sales models supported by IT solutions, driving the transformation projects

　　Working in partnership with the business to understand as-is and define as-to-be processes

　　Business process definition, creation of functional specifications and business requirements

　　Translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa, keeping in mind that this is a business functional role

　　Support in project management (classic and agile approach)

　　Use your great German language skills on daily base

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum bachelor’s degree

　　Industry (retail, automotive, pharma, banking …) and/or Consulting experience

　　Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst, Consultant or Manager position

　　Solid knowledge and direct experience in sales processes and/or transformation programs in B2B and B2C

　　Hands-on experience in leading and implementing sales management systems

　　Experience in improving business processes and collecting and analyzing business and IT requirements

　　Good understanding of sales funnel management

　　Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

　　Excellent German and English communication skills (written & spoken) as your projects will be mostly placed in the international environment

　　We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
