Sales Operations Business Analyst

　　Job Description:

　　Hybrid in either our Beaverton, Oregon or Lawrenceville, Georgia office.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　What will you be doing?

　　• Partnering with cross-functionally with finance and sales leaders to understand current initiatives, create execution plans and monitor performance

　　• Booking/Invoiced revenue evaluation, provide models/commentary of data via bottoms up approach

　　• Create and interpret dashboard/reporting into actionable steps to drive sales performance

　　• Monitor booking/revenue streams based on how sales colleagues are achieving targets per sales channel; address concerns and provide recommendations for sales managers to modify a sales colleague’s approach

　　• Gather and analyze data to build an operational sales forecast and provide recommendations to drive incremental revenue growth

　　• Collaborate with business managers to gather potential incremental revenue opportunities with marketing managers, product management and others as required (invoiced revenue projections, pricing strategy, budget requirements)

　　• Liaison with Finance Business Partners to ensure alignment

　　• Collaborate with the Quota & Commission team on sales colleague’s targets based on % of revenue, campaign plan, and call volume etc.

　　Must haves:

　　• 3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations or Sales

　　• Strong understanding of Excel

　　• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

　　• Strong understanding of sales and lead to order processes

　　Nice to haves:

　　• Experience with Salesforce

　　• Experience in the CRE industry
