Job Description
Develop and implement, in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Sales Excellence Leaders, effective strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Validate data using specified business rules, existing reports, and other data sources.
Your role:Support the readiness process by working closely with the Sales Readiness team, including providing and analyzing data behind quotas and territory alignments, as well as collaborating with Business Leaders to ensure effective incentives for the sales teams. Ensure deadlines are managed in an organized manner and utilize strong communication skills while working with Sales Leadership.Maintain Installed Base data for the Service Solutions Sales team to guarantee correctness in reporting and sales procedures, as well as acknowledge territorial alignment for Service Solutions and how it affects quota allocation. Also, you will support issue resolution, escalation management, and the investigations required to tackle a wide range of challenges, as well as partner with stakeholders on upcoming strategic projects, including Sales Leaders and Sales Excellence Leaders.Responsible for collection and advanced reporting analytics required to meet contract obligations and support business strategies using tools available in the landscape including and not limited to MS Office (i.e., Excel - pivots and vlookup's'), such as, Salesforce, SAP, Qlik, Tableau, etc.You're the right fit if:
You have 5+ years of end-to-end experience in an sales analyst position where you used critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks; you have the ability to display flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment and are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentYour skills include ability to ability to display organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Excel which includes vlookup's and matching of disparate data; experience with Salesforce.com and SAPYou have a Bachelor' degree and/or equivalent business experienceYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.About Philips
