The Commercial Excellence Teams support business leaders identify new business opportunities and increase salesforce productivities through strategy work, business optimization projects to drive Commercial Excellence and salesforce (SFE) Process.
As Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in the team by driving and supporting on commercial excellence processes and SFE Initiatives. The ideal candidate will plan and implement sales related initiatives to drive continuously excellence & functional excellence on sales process, sales incentive with regional sales leaders and HR and Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Closely work with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement and standard Work across all organizational elements to achieve targets in growth, quality, and efficiency. establish & optimize data management process, maintain scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework.
Statistical analysis of process data and, through working with technicians at the point-of-work, recommend/implement optimization solutions to maintain/improve performance and ensure customer requirements are being met.
Proactively share business insight through business data analysis and apply digital tools to support strategic decisions.
Handle the total compensation structure and variable plans for sales roles and drive overall sales motivations for all business units and verticals.
Work with Finance and HR teams to handle the payment of commissions and incentives.
Act as a liaison for regional sales force, providing comprehensive training on incentive plans, sales tools, and technology. Deliver engaging presentations to communicate critical metrics and SIP for optimal sales performance.
Collaborating with multiple other teams to optimize the connection between the sales process, operations, and system maintenance (SFDC& DB). By working closely with key partners and effective cross-functional collaboration processes, we can guarantee efficient sales execution.
Working with function team to leverage BI, Performance Management, and other SFE relevant tools and resource.
Qualifications:
Data driven approach with degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related majors.
5+ years proved records in SFE/Commercial Excellence, business analytics & insights or related fields.
Skilled at working across functions and collaborators to define needs, leverage resources, implement plans and gain to action.
Rich experience in Excel, PPT
Good problem-solving skills
SQL, Power BI and Python skill will be a plus
Experience of handling a project from its initiation to delivery. Pharmaceutical industry project management experience is a Plus.
