The position is directly accountable to execute the sales visionas it pertains to the profit and loss statement. This person will needto have the desire and drive to win every day and the sales aptitudenecessary to deal with a wide range of customers and products. Thisposition will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and assistsin setting the strategic focus for the Reliable Plus equipment andchemicals business. Growth Mindset - focused on growing division bycoaching and executing defined sales process Engagement - developing anengaged team of employees working towards the common goals of thedivision Development - committed to developing a best in class salesteam Delivering Company Promise - Making tomorrow a little better thantoday for each other, our customers, and our communities Sales RepDevelopment: Set territory objectives for individual sales reps Meetwith individual reps on a Bi-Weekly basis to conduct 1:1\'s Setnecessary expectation for individual Reps and hold reps accountable forperformance Measure individual rep performance versus annual territoryobjectives Create annual goals for individual reps to assist in theprofessional development of everyone on the team Hire, coach, mentor,and develop new sales reps Assist sales development process...
