　　Further your career in this Sales Manager role - a great opportunity for self-starters! A Plano, Texas based company has hired Robert Half to help them find a Sales Manager for a long-term contract / temporary to hire position at their firm.

　　Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

　　Making travel and meeting arrangements

　　Providing support for administrative, technical and clerical functions of sales teams

　　Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

　　Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions

　　Producing sales reports and presentations

　　Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned

　　Assisting in coordinating orders to ensure completion of process

　　Composing correspondence and proofreading materials

　　Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner

　　Requirements

　　Management experience required!

　　Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

　　Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

　　Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook2+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of account management

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

　　Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors

　　BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field recommended
