We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, garage cabinetry, home office, pantry storage, wallbeds, and more.  Our growth at Closets by Design of Columbus has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales.  This position is a full-time sales management position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Grow and develop our diverse sales force to meet the growing markets we serve. * Facilitate sales training in both one-on-one and group settings to further enhance our success. * Develop individual growth plans for salespeople to maximize their fullest potential. * Actively participate in potential client projects to ensure success. * Assist the senior management team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * 3 YEARS MINIMUM managing sales teams * Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a track record of proven success. * Proven knowledge and experience in price negotiations * College degree preferred. * Local candidates only. * Computer literate* - Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required * Experience in Business to Consumer preferred.
