Your Team The Key Account Manager reports to the Sales Director and works closely with colleagues from other functions: Brand Management, Supply Operations, Finance, and more! How Success Looks Like P&G Key Account Managers are entrepreneurs who come up with strategies to win in a diverse set of channels via our distributors in their respective markets. As a Key Account Manager, learning about the category, product portfolio, the industry and the company's business practices will be essential. You'll help develop our distributors to influence customer decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-analytics. You will be externally focused, on national key Customers, but also online retailers. You will get an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs. You will contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations. You'll be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important. Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels.
Face of the Company to the customers. Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape.
Leverage deep understanding of market & customers dynamic, shopper marketing knowledge, trade fund budget availability, supply chain operations to build and implement business strategies and plans.
Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects.
Strategize through harnessing the power of a team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources to build well-rounded business plan and break possible barriers & challenges to deliver the best result.
Manage sales representatives from capability building, issue resolution to day-to-day operation to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Mobile to work across Malaysia as wide exposure and variety of experiences will help you to grow your career in P&G.
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with more than 5 years of total working experience are not encouraged to apply as this is an entry level position.
