Sales Executive, Inside Sales - Kallista

Opportunity
The Kallista Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving top-line sales growth through the development of leads and trade professional in the residential and commercial markets. The primary focus will be to find new hospitality and residential project opportunities and new audiences , including Design & Architectural firms, Builders and Contractors and Developers resulting in profitable sales growth and increased market share.
Specific Responsibilities
Business development to build repeat sales, new relationships and future business
Strategic research to identify customer targets and ultimately built out brand recognition across all key markets
Lead Nurturing to ensure long term success of outreach activities
Strategic research to identify new project leads and ultimately nurture them into viable opportunities
Nurture all low probability pipeline opportunities into viable project opportunities
Identify partnership opportunities to increase Kallista brand recognition and build A&D advocates: new channel promotions, sampling programs, etc.
Develop physical territories and create salles appointments with focus on A&D and builder community
Deep understanding of Sales & CRM processes and systems
Strong Social Selling Expertise and use of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Houzz
Strong Virtual and Physical presentation skills to represent the brand in a variety of engagements
Take ownership and drive the sales team to produce quality data in CRM in order to manage leads and sales opportunities.
Develop detailed knowledge of all product lines and features to become an specification expert for the trade.

Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics from a four-year college or university preferred.
Must have a minimum of 3+ years sales experience, with strong preference given to experience in Decorative Building Products or Interior Design.
This role requires travel, up to 20%.

The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
