  We are seeking a multifaceted and results-driven Sales Executive to join Travero! As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of Travero. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets in as assigned using insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business that link back to Travero solutions. This role primary focus will be selling Travero – a full-service logistics company. Our services include warehousing, transloading, rail, truck brokerage, and expanding light manufacturing.

  What you will do

  Bring to fruition New Sales opportunities by identifying and prospect potential customers that require Logistics solutions through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned regions.

  Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Conduct thorough needs assessments, prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and secure profitable contracts.

  Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, including transportation managers, logistics coordinators, supply chain professionals, and other decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor that positions TRAVERO as the preferred Logistics solution provider.

  Sales Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales volume and profitability.

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  Proven track record of success in Logistic sales that demonstrates ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience.

  Deep understanding of these industry services, including knowledge of various modes of transportation and familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.

  Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and convert potential clients into customers, specific to our top targeted accounts

  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions and overcome objections.

  Proven track record of relations in the logistics industry.

  Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  Educational Requirements

  Bachelor's Degree Business, or related field of study preferred.Required Experience

  5 to 10 years of related sales experience in the logistics industry.Preferred Experience
