　　Job Summary：

　　1 . Increase sales order

　　- C ontact and make an appointment to discuss with customers

　　- propose a slaes proposal

　　- Follow up and negotiation

　　- Close the deal

　　Sales order

　　2 . Increase sales revenues

　　- complete the cost sheet and order the products

　　- Coordinate with internal department to complete the ordering process

　　- Coordinate with customers and try to deliver products and get sales revenues as planned

　　Sales Revenues

　　3 . Project management and cost control

　　- Calculate the cost of project such as chillers, Logistics and other expenses

　　- Monitor the cost with margin as planned until project completed

　　Margin

　　4 . Increse new customers

　　- Call to make an appointment new customers

　　- Discuss and get what they need .

　　- revist with solutions and try to turn them to the potential customers and keep in order pipe line

　　no of sales orders from the new customers

　　5 . Maintain Existing customers

　　- VISIT THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO GET INFORMATION AND FEED BACK

　　- IMPROVE WHAT THEY COMMENT ed and respond them immediately to maintain / increase satisfaction

　　NO OF sales ORDERS REPEATED

　　Qualifications:

　　· Specialist in Air conditioning background, HVAC System , Installation are preferable

　　· Good command of English communication

　　· Good personality and communication

　　· Active personality with the analytical mind, positive thinking, pleasant personality, teamwork, service minded ,continuous self - improvement and effective in time management

　　· Excellent in computer ( MS - Office, presentation & spreadsheet software , Auto cad ) and presentation skill are required

　　· Possess a car with valid license & willing travel
