What you’ll do:
Working with FE sales team and play a role as sales engineer for Korea FE business. Primary role is supporting FE sales team on customer production planning review, OEM sales record review, daily customer request feedback, Report creation for customer submission, internal Eaton team support for customer related issues. And role to be expanded to field sales with customer relationship building, customer RFQ handling, awarding business etc.
Working with auto sales manager and play a role as company’s window for the Korean business of FEPC products. Coordinate customer-related business issues for FEPC products, build customer relationship, create new business, and analyze market status including competitor’s activities.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
• Leading sales account(s) for business award by building customer relationship, handling customer RFQ, discussing Eaton internal team for quotation creation
• Manage the pricing and commercial terms and conditions including the material and general economic recovery
• Handling future business planning through current year and previous years business record and newly awarded business
• Leading C360 – quotation management system - activities through close communication with responsible Eaton team in global and Korea
• Daily feedback to customer request on various business area after getting review from manager
• Creating customer submission report typically for PPAP introduction, new program introduction, Eaton capacity, Eaton capability etc through meeting with Eaton internal department.
• Reviewing Tier 1 customers’ and OEMs monthly production plan through customer website and estimate next month Eaton sales
• Supporting Eaton internal department by providing information, data, report etc from customer side
• Supporting Eaton internal meetings as a member of sales team for CMB, IATF audit, MESH audit etc
• Setting up the PP(Profit plan) for following year and SP(Strategy Plan) for next 5 years.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years automotive sales experience (Overseas sales experience will not be welcomed)
• Must have account manager experience for Korean domestic customers
• Must have Bachelor degree or above. Engineering degree will be preferred.
• Extrovert/outgoing character not introvert
• Good English capability will be preferred. For verbal and written both
• Good computer skills on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
• Optimistic point of view and strong willingness for task completion
