About our Team
Are you looking to join a Sales Enablement team dedicated to developing a world class sales organization? Our Sales Enablement team partners across the insurance business to develop and deliver onboarding and ever boarding training programs, content, and tools to support all of ClientEngagement via our LMS platform and live training sessions. About the RoleThis role is responsible for assisting with maintenance of all areas of the Sales Readiness Platform. You will coordinate the creation of training content, including training presentations, job aids, other documents, videos and blogs that will be consumed by the sales organization. Additionally, be responsible for maintaining content governance, document refreshes and ensure that all sales collateral is updated and relevant to our audience.
Responsibilities
Handling all user updates, ensuring the proper tracking of licenses, provisions user accounts. Assigning the appropriate training programs based on the user profile
Helping to execute Sales Training content to drive a customer centric sales approach across all sales verticals within Client Engagement.
Executing standard LMS (Mindtickle) report share across the business per standardized reporting strategy
Acting as a first line of defense for user questions related to tool usage and functionality. Escalates issues to the appropriate resources when necessary. Monitoring and addressing the ticketing system when errors/ systems issues are reported and works to resolve them quickly
Monitoring stale content in collaboration with Sales Enablement Manager. Refreshing content when necessary, troubleshoots failed content links, and keeps necessary data connections up to date. Updating/ maintaining LMS (Mindtickle) Series Catalogue
Maintaining content center and content governance in Sales Enablement Content Library.
Supporting content development efforts for new hire onboarding, as needed
Acting a self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills who can problem solve on the fly
Requirements
Have a Bachelor’s level education or proven working experience
Possess knowledge of LMS software, experience as an LMS specialist, ideal
Have proven work experience coordinating projects or events.
Demonstrate outstanding written and communication skills with the ability to proofread, copy-edit content and coordinate document approvals
Have the ability to perform desktop publishing functions to format production-ready files for distribution
Demonstrate interpersonal skills- ability to network inside the company and build relationships
Be technically savvy with a willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert on our Sales Readiness Platform
Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of MS Office Suite
