  ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will produce new business pipeline in mid- to large-size enterprises, working with Field Sales professionals.

  What you get to do in this role:

  Source new sales opportunities through timely inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

  Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within target accounts

  Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls

  Ensure daily and weekly KPIs are met

  Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure

  Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned group

  Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

  To be successful in this role you have:

  Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role at a comparable SaaS company

  General understanding of sale methodologies (eg, BANT, MEDDIC, Value Selling)

  Experience in speaking and dealing with enterprise/very large enterprise customers is highly preferred

  Experience in lead generation, cold calling and prospecting

  Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

  Thrive in an autonomous capacity, showing high levels of proactiveness, hunger and drive

  Ability to differentiate yourself to customers

  Additional ASEAN language skills will be highly advantageous

  Ability to speak in Korean is a must as this role needs to manage customers in Korea
