Your knack for customer service will mean you're a natural with our customers and your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities

　　Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards

　　Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model

　　Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers

　　Qualifications

　　At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience

　　Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills

　　Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills

　　Available to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month

　　Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
