About Sales Account Manager (Esko Packaging/Printing Workflow) - German

  Great career opportunity for a Sales Account Manager with packaging industry/printing workflow experience to join a leading international packaging technology provider.

  This newly created EMEA role will suit an entrepreneurial new business sales hunter (or packaging professional keen to move into sales) with fluent English & German.

  The Opportunity

  Esko is a leading global provider of software solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods for clients around the world, enabling them to produce the best packaging for billions of consumers.

  Working remotely, the Sales Account Manager is part of a brand-new small team to drive EMEA growth for Phoenix (Tilia Labs), ground-breaking, AI-driven preproduction planning and estimating software that optimises layout for folding carton and labels.

  The Sales Account Manager will identify prospects, cultivate relationships, and close new business (selling into existing Esko accounts and generating new leads), by understanding customer’s needs and guiding them through transformation.

  You’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, whilst also collaborating internally with Inside Sales and a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, working as a team to define solutions, and presenting them in a value-driven manner to the customer's C-Level executives.

  We’re looking for…

  Must have value selling experience (Printing Workflow/Packaging Industry). Production planning technology or MIS selling experience is a plus.

  Drive and energy, with an entrepreneurial and creative outlook to develop new business

  Strong verbal & written communication (proficient English & German)

  Adept at cross-functional collaboration, with a consultative approach and strong relationship building, listening, influencing, and organizational skills

  ​Flexible to travel across EMEA and visit customers up to 50% of the time
