About Case Manager-APS/Crisis

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS: The full-time Case Manager-Adult ProtectiveServices/Crisis duties include providing adult protective services[APS] investigations, crisis assessments, safety planning and decisionmaking for placements, case management services, and coordination ofservices for vulnerable individuals in our community. Individual mayneed to participate in an on-call or after-hours rotation, as necessary.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must possess aBachelor\'s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a closely relatedfield. Prior work experience in the service delivery to people withsubstance abuse and/or severe and persistent mental illness arepreferred. Social Work certification or eligibility is preferred.
