Responsibilities

Support entire Commercial Sales Division team Including directors, sales associates satellite locations by answering any questions regarding products/sales within a 24 hour period

Purchase order inquiries the request must be sent to the Inventory Analyst

Vendors- All quotes request must be sent to the buyers and the purchasing coordinator

Vendors- All item creation to be requested to the vendor and once receive it must be created in our internal systems; it must be signed off by Buyer Inventory analyst. Once is created an email is sent to the team

Core – send request to the inventory analyst to make the changes and order the product

Must have excellent communication, written skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
