CLA is currently seeking a Sage Intacct Client Success - Senior to join our growing internal IT team. How you'll create opportunities in this Sage Intacct Client Success - Seniorrole: You will play a vital role in optimizing the client experience lifecycle, and ensuring clients are maximizing the value of their Sage Intacct and Sage-100 ERP systems. The CS will facilitate the development of client relationships in order to promote loyalty, retention, and drive up the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Essential Job Functions: Assist with the sales to services transition and overall client onboarding deliverables. Work alongside the project implementation teams to drive product adoption. Help moderate and assist with any client escalations that may arise. Facilitate client seamless transition to post implementation. Coordinate with scoping and service teams for post implementation activities. Identify referenceable clients and possible case studies. Assist with client transfer management. Help promote and identify other seamless CLA services to clients. Other responsibilities may include assisting with client subscription and support renewals, existing client marketing activities, and post implementation billing management. What you will need: Accounting, Business, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing degree preferred. Experience leading teams, and managing clients is required. 3+ years of software account management experience Demonstrate leadership qualities. Highly organized and able to multi-task. Self-driven and proactive nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
