Job Details The Safety and Security Officer ensures the safety of all staff, visitors and patients in the Hospital. Responsibilities: Patrols the Hospital and grounds Monitors visitors, lighting and illegal parking Reviews conditions of the parking fields, curbing and sidewalks. Enforces all security regulations and is part of the Hospital Emergency Management Response Team. Writes incident reports as required and performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED Security Officer License in NYS. Previous experience in Law Enforcement preferred. Valid Driver's License is required. Salary Range USD $25.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
