  We are growing our Sales Team and looking for motivated and talented outdoor enthusiasts who want to help others find their dream RV!   The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience. 

  Pay: $60,000 guaranteed with potential up to $200,000 annually

  Job Duties:

  Build rapport & trust with customers

  Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars

  Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers

  Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service

  Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business

  Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer’s product features, components, and changes

  Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information

  Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques

  Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills

  Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience

  Qualifications

  High school diploma

  1 year retail sales experience; experience in RV or automotive sales preferred

  Weekend work and occasional travel required

  Competencies

  Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong independent work ethic and have passion for success

  Exhibits high level of integrity

  Follows through on commitments on a timely basis

  Exhibits assertive, but un-abrasive selling skills

  Have a professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for friendly and effective customer and employee interactions

  Possesses basic computer and data entry skills

  Works effectively both alone and in a team environment, and establishes collaborative working relationships with peers and staff

  Physical and Environmental Conditions

  Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, and reaching with arms/hands, are required.

  Very little exposure to adverse environmental conditions; work is normally performed in a typical office environment. Customer interaction may occur outside in various weather conditions.
