Valid Driver\'sLicense required. Position Purpose: Under minimal supervision, performsinspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexityon aircraft systems and structures. Job Description Principle Duties andResponsibilities: Essential Functions: Communicate as required. toreceive and understand work assignments. Perform complex aircraftinspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision.Coordinate with MTL, STM, and the Inspection Department to ensurecompliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentationrequirements. Properly complete CMP cards, work order sign-offs, andother paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Assist as needed withshift turnovers. Ensure that all work accomplished meets qualitystandards and specifications. Properly identify (tag) customer propertyand equipment. Store aircraft components and other customer propertysecurely and safely. Follow standard operating procedures when operatingground support equipment (external power carts, hydraulic mules,hydraulic lift platforms, tow tugs, forklifts, compressed gas cylinders,etc.) . Coordinate, accomplish, and assist with aircraft movement inhangar and ramp areas. Provide training to less experienced technicians.. Protect customer property (PTP). Additional Functions: Properlycollect and dispose of waste fuel, oil, hydraulic fluids, de-icingfluids, and solvent rags. Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to keep shops,hangars, and aircraft work areas clean and uncluttered. . Implement andapply Lean/continuous improvement processes to all areas ofresponsibility. . Properly use and maintain Company-provided tools andequipment. Return items to designated storage area after use. . Complywith safety rules and procedures.
