Job Description Job Title: RRE Loan Processor -2 Job ID: 2496 Location: Bremer Service Ctr - Lake Elmo Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Application Deadline Application Deadline: Job Description A RRE Loan Processor is an investigator of the information provided from the sales staff to support the loan program selected to ensure the file meets underwriting conditions to move it to closing. Processor also works with post closing area to insure file is salable to Investors. Processor II will handle Express, Advanced and Bond files. Qualifications: Level 2 processor should possess knowledge of conventional, FHA and VA products, bond or state agency programs is highly desired. Must have strong communication skills to work with loan originators, borrowers, realtors. Communicates verbally and in writing. Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines. Need to be well organized, and able to multi tasks on handling many files at the same time. This is not an entry level position.
