Job Description

　　A waste management company based out of New Jersey is looking to add a Route Supervisor to their Jersey City Depot. This will be a six day a week OVERNIGHT shift for 10 hours with a 8-10pm start time Sunday-Friday night with a rotating Saturday night off. We are looking for individuals that have a strong knowledge of the Jersey City area, has worked in logistics as a route supervisor previously and proven track record of building rapport with your fleet drivers. There will be 12-24 drivers you are responsible for advising, investigating active incidents, filing paperwork for incidents, ensure drivers and trucks remain in compliance and remove any unsafe conditions from the drivers routes. We are seeking individuals with strong communication, ability to think on their feet and instill that safety is top priority for everyone involved in the routes.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-4+ years in a logistics management role specific to routing

　　-Strong knowledge of the Jersey City area

　　-Experience filing paperwork and adhering to DOT protocols -Experience with active incident

　　-Experience with Zignex null
