　　A.T. Staffing is currently seeking Route Sales Representatives to join theirexpanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of workingin a professional capacity and must be customer oriented with extensive salesexperience.

　　Responsibilities of the Position

　　Sell, deliver, and display our client's bakery products within assignedsales territories, in accordance with established merchandising programs andstandards.

　　Learn and use the fundamentals of our client's Direct Store Delivery(DSD) system including displaying, merchandising and orderingproducts, time schedule and callbacks.

　　Operate Handheld Device

　　Know accounts' store policies that affect you and what their needs are asthey relate to the products that you will be distributing.

　　Establish a sound, professional relationship with key personnel.

　　Maintain a professional appearance.

　　Maintain a delivery vehicle in a safe and orderly manner.

　　Promote and sell top-quality baked foods.

　　Requirements of the Position

　　High School Diploma

　　Extensive sales experience

　　Proven track record of working in a professional capacity regardless of theprofession.

　　Must be customer oriented.
