Our Administrative Assistant become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for various administrative and human resource functions in the community. Duties include but not limited to updating and distributing resident rosters, assist in tours and admissions, greeting visitors and maintaining the front desk, assist with completing payroll and other duties assigned by Executive Director or Business Office Manager. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent experience. - Experience in a health care setting is preferred. - Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families and employees. - Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
