　　Rotating Equipment Coach

　　The job description of the rotating equipment coach position should include but not limited to:

　　Assess Rotating Equipment Technicians (working in oil and gas industry) and define the gaps. Define a plan to close the above-mentioned gaps and discuss it with BOC rotating equipment section heads. Suggest/evaluate training courses to close the above-mentioned gaps. Propose development plan for fresh graduate engineer / rotating equipment technicians and discuss it with rotating equipment team lead. Act as mentors for the rotating equipment developee. Develop curriculum for training courses and teach classes, if necessary. Conduct on-job training if necessary. Keep record for each developee and his/her progress

　　II. Experience and Certification Requirements:

　　Preferred local applicant but not necessary.

　　+10 year experience in oil and gas industry as rotating equipment engineer

　　5 year experience in oil and gas industry as technical trainer, training assessor, rotating equipment developee coachingBSc or high-diploma in mechanical engineering.
