We are looking for a Director of Rooms to lead the division , support the success of our colleagues and drive care, because at Hyatt we are for people so they can be their best. This a very exciting position given all that is going on at Andaz and at the Península Papagayo.

　　Qualifications:

　　• Degree or diploma in hospitality or management

　　• English and Spanish a must

　　• Minimum 3 years work experience as department head or director level

　　• Quick thinker, highly motivated , entrepreneurial and team player

　　• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

　　• Residential & Wellness experience a plus

　　• Approachable, guest and luxury experience focused

　　• Demonstrates care
