  The Room Attendant is responsible to ensure that standards ofcleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on aconsistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction incleanliness and service, within established time limitations. Warmlyengage with guests to ensure their stay is going well. Keep work cartorderly and properly stocked at all times. Inspect room linens beforeplacing in rooms and return below standard pieces. Thorough cleanlinessof rooms, balconies and room furnishings. Thorough cleanliness andsanitation of guest bathrooms. Daily changing of soiled linens on bedsand remaking beds following the property standards. Strict followthrough on lost and found procedures. Absolute respect for guestsproperty should always be exercised. Reports to work on time andaccording to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records andfollows proper standards for issuance of rooms. Remain alert, courteousand helpful to the guests and co- workers at all times. Practice safetystandards at all times. Responsible use and care for equipment. Assistin cleaning all public areas in the prescribed manner while followingdepartment standard operating procedures on an as needed basis. Pleasenote our business is open 7 days a week and the hours will vary based onneed. The shifts will vary and will require weekend and holiday work.

  Able to work independently and manage time and able to understand a taskand follow through to completion. Punctuality is required. Must arriveon time and work to the department schedule. Must be willing to work aflexible schedule to include weekends and some holidays. Able to move,traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places;observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts weighingup to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including spraybottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, and dusters. Lift, carry andposition loads of at least 25lbs.

  Shifts: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or any combination of 8-hour time increments.WILL WORK WEEKENDS, SPLIT AND ROTATE SHIFTS. MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TOWORK ANY DAYS/HOURS AS NEEDED, INCLUDING WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS. On thejob training will be provided, if necessary, but is not required. 40hours per week Saturday through Sunday; \$15.82 per hour and Overtime at\$23.73 per hour when available.

  Employer will use single workweek to compute wages due. Pay bi-weekly.Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job will beprovided at no charge. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equalto at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of thetotal employment period. Employer will provide workers without charge ordeposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to performthe job. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheckrequired by law. Workers have the option to live in employer providedhousing. Workers choosing to live in employer provided housing will becharged \$7 per day for onsite housing of 2 people per room and 1 mealper day on days that the associate works. A \$200 security deposit willbe deducted over two pay periods and will be refunded in the lastpaycheck after a room inspection is complete.

  H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer willprovide transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to theextent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place ofwork. If the worker does not use the Employer arranged and paid fortransportation, the Employer will reimburse the worker for anytransportation costs incurred. If the workers require reimbursement forany transportation costs, and subsistence (including meals and lodging),the employer will reimburse workers in the first workweek. Uponcompletion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of per day \$59.00 with receipts.
