About Roofing Mechanics

　　Roofing Mechanics are responsible for removing old roofing systems and installing new ones. As Roofing Mechanics workers will cover roof of structure with shingles, slate, asphalt, wood, or related materials. These workers climb ladders, lift, and transport roofing materials, and handle the flashing of roofing penetrations. They make use of basic tools like tape measures, hammers, screwdrivers, cordless screw guns, TPO/PVC heat welders, and wrenches.
