About RN-Transfer Referral Center

　　DescriptionResponsible for performing aspects of the Patient Flow Management process ensuring that transfers, patient placement and related activities occur in a timely, safe and accurate fashion. This includes providing clinical assessment for patients being placed through the Center for Patient Flow Management, and working in a fast-paced environment. Experienced nurses with Associate Degrees, Diploma in Nursing will commit at the time of hire to complete a Bachelors of Science Degree, BSN, or higher in nursing within 5 years of hire.Equal Opportunity Employer -- minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
